Small Business Saturday Webinars from HMRC

On Saturday 3 December HMRC is offering help and advice to self-employed workers - including start-ups and existing small businesses – with a series of free webinars. The webinars will cover many of the key tax issues new and experienced businesses often ask us about. From starting out, to record keeping and business expenses, we will be able to give your members the information they need. Webinars include:

• Self- employment and HMRC – getting started: A good starting point or refresher on what new and growing businesses need to know Saturday 3 December - 10am – 11am. Register now

• Business expenses for the self-employed: Take this opportunity to find out what expenses businesses can and can’t claim. Saturday 3 December - midday to 1pm. Register now

• Simpler Income Tax for the self-employed: Cash basis, simplified expenses and how these may reduce your record keeping. Saturday 3 December - 2pm to 3pm. Register now
