Volunteer Theatre Workshop Assistants

Volunteer Theatre Workshop Assistants

Herts Inclusive Theatre (HIT) is an arts charity which aims to improve the well-being of people, particularly children and young people and those who are disadvantaged or disabled, by using the arts to build confidence and develop skills in an inclusive, fun, creative space.

As a Volunteer Theatre Workshop Assistant, you will assist at one of Herts Inclusive Theatre’s Childrens, Youth or Adult drama groups and work alongside our Workshop Leaders to support the smooth running of the sessions. You will join in with the activities and have some fun getting to know all of our members. You will help support with mobility and provide general encouragement to our slightly more shy members to take part.
An excellent opportunity for those interested in community arts or those with an interest in disability and helping to support participants with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, and Dyspraxia etc.
