Broxbourne At War - Family Activity Day

On Wednesday 13 August 2025, Lowewood Museum will host a family activity day as part of the Broxbourne at War exhibition. Broxbourne At War tells how life in the Borough of Broxbourne was impacted by the war between 1939 and 1945.

The event on 13 August offers interactive talks and demonstrations, hands-on activities for children and the opportunity to defuse a "bomb". The event is delivered in partnership with Historic Promotions and Event Management, and Jed Jaggard.

Lowewood Museum is free to attend but donations are welcome. All activities will take place on the ground floor or in the museum garden.
