School of Human&Health Sciences

School of Human&Health Sciences HHS

The School of Human and Health Sciences takes an applied, multidisciplinary approach to social and health topics spanning child welfare and protection, citizenship, nationalism and identity, gender and sexuality, investigative psychology, long-term conditions, mental health and well-being, reproductive and infant health, and understanding and responding to crime.

We value the importance of engagement in every stage of our research. We are keen to involve local councils, organisations and service users in research and business engagement activities and events. We believe by working together in a dynamic and multidisciplinary research environment, we will continue supporting world-class research excellence that provides a significant local and international impact.
