I started collecting waters 28 years ago after a trip to Egypt . I wanted something that I could keep and look which would remind me of the extraordinary beauty of the landscape . I put a bit of The Nile in a bottle .
The water samples exhibited here come from all over the world . They were collected by myself or by friends from seas , rivers , taps or puddles . Each one contains memories of a particular time and space .
