Vision Board workshop

Do you want to feel more in control of your life? Are you starting a new phase or venture? Do you need to take some time to think about what you really want to be, do and have? Then join me and learn how to set meaningful goals and start your journey to transformation! Why not bring a friend? Then you can support one another along the way! During this workshop you will: Take time to become clear about your own dreams, goals and desires with a coaching exercise. Learn about the power of vision boards and manifesting what you want in your life. Let go of things that are no longer useful and learn about self compassion. You will create your own inspirational vision board which you can then display in your home or office. Finally you will learn how to use your vision board and the law of attraction.
