Museums in Motion: Performed Transformed
A unique dance, film and heritage promenade performance tour of Stevenage Museum as part of Museums at Night.
Young people and families from across Hertfordshire have become dancers, directors, film makers and musicians to create the Performed Transformed performance installation that asks, "what is inside your mobile phone?' Exploring the apps, functions and capabilities of mobile technology and how it affects the way we live and interact with the world.
What will I be doing?
You will be taken on a tour of the museum and will see elements of:
• Projection
• Film
• Live dance
The tour will be led and performed by young people and families who have taken part in the Museums in Motion: Performed Transformed project under the artistic direction of makeAMPLIFY.
When and where will it be?
The performance will be on Thursday 26 October 2017 with performances at 5.30pm and 6.30pm.
The performance will last approximately 30 minutes.

The performance is suitable for all ages.
How much does it cost?
The performance is FREE of charge but advance booking is essential due to limited capacity.
