Exhibition by Hertfordshire ME/CFS support group

We have small pop up Exhibition at our Museum for the next two months. This is a first for us and we are very excited to be hosting the work of this important support group and hopefully raise awareness of these conditions. This is run by volunteers providing self help, support and social sessions for people with ME/CFS/Fibromyalgia/post Viral Fatigue Syndrome/Long Covid and similar conditions.
The Exhibition is of the creative work that the group has produced to support their mental health and recovery. This is a thought provoking and uplifting Exhibition with lots of positive messages. We hope you can come along and see for yourselves what can be achieved .
