Myrtle Broome Artist and Egyptologist an Exhibition of her work.

This Saturday we opening our Exhibition of the work of Myrtle Broome. She studied Art in Bushey at the Herkomer School of Art and because of this we are fortunate to have many examples of her work in our collection.
We are very excited about this ,Myrtle Broome was a talented painter, textile designer, and created beautiful enamel pieces. As if that were not enough, she studied Egyptology at University College London and was asked by the Egyptians to work in the preservation and documentation of Ancient artifacts.
