How To Quantify The ROI Of Your Social Media Efforts: Webinar

How To Quantify The ROI Of Your Social Media Efforts: Webinar

In this free one-hour webinar, HdK takes a look at reporting and how arts and non-profit organisations can translate their progress into quantifiable terms.

Reporting is important to every organisation, but particularly for arts and non-profit organisations who rely heavily on funding and need to translate their progress into quantifiable terms. Whether it's through tracking ticket sales, comparing your performance to industry benchmarks or measuring audience development, this session aims to help you refine how you measure your success.

The ways in which we’re able to measure our social media success are constantly changing, so our social media reports should be evolving as a result. This webinar will be slightly different to our others, in that we will encourage participants to have their cameras and/or microphones on as we open up a discussion so the arts and non-profit organisations in attendance can compare notes and generate new ideas on how best to report our successes and note our learnings.

During this webinar on Tuesday 22 March 2022 at 10:30am UK time, HdK will be chairing discussions on:

How to measure ROI from advertising
Performance benchmarks and comparing your results to that of your peers
How to track audience development
Actioning your learnings

They also welcome suggestions as to other areas of reporting that you’d like to gain some insights on, so please submit your suggestions on what you would like them to cover in the webinar.

Throughout the webinar, they will be welcoming questions from participants to ensure you are able to get the best possible information for you and your organisation. They will also include a dedicated Q&A session at the end of the webinar.
