What is it about?
This tailored programme is designed for leaders of the most exciting small-scale arts and cultural organisations with ten staff or less, based in England.

As a leader, you are responsible for developing the vision and direction of your organisation. You won’t necessarily have marketing in your job title, but you will be responsible for planning how you reach and engage audiences as part of what you do.

The programme consists of an intensive residential course and online coaching. The residential will take just a few days out of your busy schedule and will equip you with tangible skills to instantly use; the online coaching continues your learning and development once you’re back at your organisation.
