Creative Minds is open for business

Just a reminder that Creative Minds is now open for applications. Please send all applications to: creativeminds@swyt.nhs.uk

The process is much the same as last year, although we have updated the relevant guidance, etc – so would encourage you to look at these again. Our website contains the forms and guidance: www.creativemindsuk.com.

The deadline for applications is Friday 5th August @ 5pm

Please note, you do not need to reapply as a Creative Minds partner – though we might ask for some additional information and will contact you directly about this.

In 2016 – 2017 we will be prioritising those projects that:
• support user-led organisations and groups
• work in a co-productive way
• link directly to SWYPFT services (e.g. learning disabilities, mental health, ADHD) – you can find more about the services we provide here: www.southwestyorkshire.nhs.uk/our-services/
• complement the projects and partners currently delivering Creative Minds activities (this information can be found under the ‘projects directory’ tab on the left hand side of the www.creativemindsuk.com homepage)
• deliver projects that take place outside of working hours (i.e. evenings, weekends, bank holidays)
• meet the SWYPFT mission and values.
