Workshop: Creativity and Wellbeing - Its Science and Practice

This workshop happens during Creativity and Wellbeing week, a London based initiative from London Arts in Health Forum (LAHF). The session looks at the growing body of evidence linking creativity and wellbeing and explores this theme further with some hands on arts and creativity based exercises. Bobby Baker, the artist, will join Charlotte Meddings from Studio Upstairs and Simon Powell from Creative Future to explore this fascinating area. At the end of the workshop (from 5pm onwards) participants will be given a free guided tour of the Souzou collection, a fantastic display of Japanese Outsider Art.
