I am a felt artist based in Huddersfield. All my work is individual in design. I mainly use Marino wool, silk and bamboo fibres, but occasionally incorporate animal fur such as dog, cat, rabbit and alpaca. This is a very personal way to have your animals fur embedded within your picture to make it a little more personal.

I very much enjoy being set challenges by my clients, recreating memories from photographs or locations. I love working together with clients to create bespoke pieces especially for them. I don't have a set sytle like the majority of artists, as you will see from my work I have a variety of styles. My use of colours and textures are my way of expressing myself within my felts.

I sew three ceramic pink beads into every piece using my beloved Grandma Shearing's vintage cotton. I frame all my work myelf and tend to use black or white frames as this suits best.
