I am very honoured to have been selected this year 2020 to hang in the RSMA annual exhibition at the Mall Galleries, my pictures have been well recieved and after being invited by Artmarine to have an online gallery along side highly esteemed Marine artists l now am included there with some fine galleries to browse at

I have been painting for many years and have developed a love for watercolour as my favoured medium, I return to oils from time to time and produce an oil to remind myself of the difference, it's a learning process and I hope that will continue to the end.

I paint from sketches of current boats, my memories of being a fisherman at sea and from historcal records, I have many books and there is much available online these days with public libraries and records. I try to be as accurate and true as possible, always remembering to enjoy the creative processes involved in producing a piece of artwork. I hope my pictures enrich the lives of those who live with them.

I take commissions and am always open to negotiation.
