Letchworth: A Dystopian Vision (Filming)

Letchworth: A Dystopian Vision (Filming)

Think of a parallel universe, think ‘Planet of the Apes’ when Taylor discovers a half buried Statue of Liberty. A vision of a far distant future where climate change has modified the face of the Earth, including the Garden City which has now become an island –akin to More’s Utopia - haunted by ‘ghosts’ from its past.

John Vincent is inviting visitors to become the ‘ghosts’ of a dystopian tomorrow in a darkly humorous interpretation of the exhibition concept reimagined as ‘Letchworth: A Dystopian Vision.’ Members of the public will be ‘auditioned’ as the new inhabitants of the town and collaborate with John in creating his short film, premiering at the end of the Vision of Utopia exhibition.

Each fifteen minute session will be you working with John in front of the studio green screen to create your ghost like character. You can do this on your own or with a group of up to three of you at each slot. Those who make it to the final cut can see themselves at the end of the Vision of Utopia Exhibition in April.

Make sure to bring your ticket with you on paper or on your mobile. If there are three of you coming together please book individual tickets for your slot so that you get to come at the same time.
