
King Charles II is looking to recruit some younger soldiers for his army and will welcome any young volunteers who wish to be trained in becoming a Pikeman for the afternoon.
Lowewood Museum will be hosting Sir Marmaduke Rawdon's Regiment of Foote who will be hosted in the Lowewood Museum gardens. See equipment and weaponry from the time of King Charles II.
Learn about Oak Apple Day, the traditional celebration commemorating the restoration of King Charles II in 1660.
The event is on Wednesday 28 May from 10:30am to 4pm.
The event is free to attend but Lowewood is a charity and donations are welcomed.
