Music Partnership Board - invitation to apply

Kirklees is going to deliver a Year of Music in 2023 and we are looking to appoint a diverse Music Partnership Board with a broad range of knowledge and skills to take the lead in the delivery of the Year of Music 2023.
The board will be operational from Autumn 2021 until 2024 ensuring a sustainable legacy for the programme.
We are looking to appoint a diverse board with a broad range of knowledge and skills, including but not limited to the following:
SKILL SET:
•	The communities of Kirklees
•	Fundraising and philanthropy
•	Marketing and Communications
•	Education
•	Music Industry
•	Health and Wellbeing
•	Kirklees Business Community with regional and national understanding
•	Music festivals and Tourism – international to community-based tourism
•	Climate Emergency
•	Inclusion
•	Digital & Broadcast 
All members of the Year of Music Partnership Board will be committed to being inclusive and be aware of the Kirklees commitment to the agendas of: Intercultural Cities, Nurturing Parent & Family Friendly – welcoming play, Dementia Friendly, the 7 shared outcomes and the equality of opportunity and access for everyone.
