
Grief & Grounding: A Gentle Practice of Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation
Join Sarah, a Reiki and Meditation practitioner, for a calming, all-levels class that blends gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation—created to support you through grief or emotional tightness in a safe and nurturing space. Whether you're feeling sadness, anger, or simply stuck, this somatic practice, connecting body, mind and heart, invites movement and breath to help release tension and gently reconnect you with peace and joy.
What to Expect:
Gentle, all-levels yoga
Soothing breathwork
Guided meditation
£5 per session – all proceeds go to our partner charity, Cruse Bereavement Support.
Mats are provided.
