Explore humour, history and creativity in 'The World of Martin Brown: Horrible Histories ® and Other Dazzling Drawings' exhibition at North Herts Museum.
Showcasing original cartoons, artwork, and exclusive behind-the-scenes insights from acclaimed illustrator Martin Brown! Visitors will enjoy original illustrations from the beloved Horrible Histories ® series, explore Martin's early cartoon work, and discover his recent children's books like 'Lesser Spotted Animals and the Cave Bear'.
Martin Brown commented: 'Cartoons are meant to be fun, not perfect. I've been drawing sillily for years, and this exhibition is a chance to celebrate all that joyful silliness. I hope it inspires visitors of all ages to doodle freely- after all, you never know where a simple cartoon might lead!'
This family-friendly exhibition includes interactive drawing stations, immersive environments inspired by Martin's illustrations, and informative displays suitable for all ages.
Exhibition runs from 7 June - 21 September
