Armour-Plated: Junk modelling family workshops
Inspired by the Great Rhino Trail, we'll be building armour-plated creatures, discovering how many animals and insects protect themselves with keratin horns or a hard protective shell. Rhinoceros, tortoises, crocodiles, porcupines ... what will you make! Most suited for ages 5 and over, but all ages welcome.
Led by Joe Elford. Joe trained at Winchester School of Art and has worked in creative practice and construction for over 20 years.
Workshop times: 10am - 1.00pm and 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Cost: £2.50 per child (accompanying adults go free)
Booking advised, but drop-ins welcome if spaces are available. To book online click here or call us on 01803 293593.
Just one of many activities every day through the summer.
